Our flower field is available by appointment only. To maintain a small and private atmosphere, we limit the amount of photographers allowed at a time. A full payment is required to reserve your time, and no spot will be held until payment is received. Message for the current field rental rates.
While we understand that cancellations may happen, we keep our prices reasonable to reflect the limited availability. Our goal is to work with photographers while ensuring that our field is utilized to its fullest during the bloom. Please note that this payment is non-refundable, but we do offer the option to apply 50% of your payment as a credit for a future session in the 2025 season. These changes are in response to past challenges with late cancellations which affected our ability to rebook spots during peak blooming hours. Thank you for understanding!

No, the fields are not open to the public. We operate a private photography venue, which we manage alongside our regular jobs. By keeping it by appointment and maintaining a private atmosphere, we ensure that we have the most time to spend with our family. This may change in the future! Thank you for understanding.
We understand that dogs are beloved members of many families, and we truly appreciate their importance. However, at this time, we are not able to accommodate them in our space. We appreciate your understanding and support.
We reserve the right to change the number of photographers out at a time, as our goal is to keep it small so the space is easily shared. As seasons and blooms change, we may allow more or less photographers out at one time. However, we ensure there will be ample space for each photographer.
No, you don't have to be a professional to use our fields. We welcome individuals who want to DIY a session. The field rental fee is the same. This fee helps cover the cost of creating this beautiful space.
Our field rental fee not only covers the costs of planting and maintaining these beautiful fields. It also supports our efforts to continue to introduce new flower varieties, expand and grow this space each season.
The photographer is allowed to arrive early to scout the field. Please do not start shooting early. Shooting time officially begins at the agreed-upon session start time, and ends either 30, 60 or another specified duration later, depending on what was booked. If the session extends beyond the booked time, payment for the additional time will be required at a rate of $1 per minute. Clients must leave at the end of their booked time to ensure the next photographer has full access to the space. Thank you for understanding.
